If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our streamlined RMA process is designed to facilitate quick resolutions through repairs, exchanges, or refunds.
Initiate an RMA Request
Log into your account or contact our support team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Shipment
Securely pack your item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and software, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.
Ship to XOTIC PC
Send your package via a carrier that provides tracking and insurance to our designated service center; please note that shipping costs are generally non-refundable.
Inspection and Processing
Once received, our technicians will inspect the hardware for original condition and functionality, after which your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
