How long does it take to build and ship my custom PC?
Standard custom builds typically take 10-15 business days for assembly, stress testing, and quality assurance before shipping. Expedited 'Rush' production options are available for most configurations if you need your system sooner.
What kind of warranty comes with my XOTIC PC purchase?
Most of our systems include a 1-Year Limited Parts and Labor Warranty with Lifetime Technical Support. We also offer extended warranty plans and accidental damage protection that can be selected during the customization process.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide via FedEx and UPS. Please note that international customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees required by their local government.
Can I upgrade my laptop's thermal paste or components without voiding the warranty?
We offer premium thermal compound upgrades during the build process. While minor user upgrades like RAM or storage typically do not void the warranty, any damage caused during installation is not covered. We recommend contacting our support team before performing internal modifications.
What is your return policy for custom-built computers?
Customized systems can be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable. All returned items must be in original packaging with all included accessories and software.
